ZY Shop Charity Works: A Decade of Giving Back and Empowering Lives

Over the past decade, our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has remained at the heart of our business, transforming countless lives through entrepreneurship, education, and sustainability.
A Look Back: 10 Years of ZY Shop Charity Works
Year 1-2: Laying the Foundation of Giving
Our journey began with the ZY Cares Initiative, a program designed to provide immediate relief to those in need. We organized food and clothing donation drives, as well as small business starter kits for underprivileged individuals. In addition, we launched the ZY Entrep Academy Scholarship Program, offering aspiring entrepreneurs access to free business training and mentorship.
Year 3-4: Expanding Our Reach
Building on our early success, we expanded our efforts by introducing the Women in Business Program, designed to empower women with the resources, mentorship, and financial assistance needed to start their own businesses. Simultaneously, we launched the Eco-Friendly Skincare Drive, distributing sustainable skincare and hygiene products to marginalized communities, furthering our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Year 5-6: Strengthening Partnerships
At this stage, we focused on Entrepreneurship for OFWs, providing resources and training to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) looking to start businesses upon returning home. Recognizing the need for accessible learning centers, we also established the ZY Shop Community Centers, where aspiring entrepreneurs could receive free training on branding, marketing, and product distribution.
Year 7-8: Making a Nationwide Impact
We took our charity efforts on the road with the ZY Shop Mobile Business Clinics, bringing entrepreneurial mentorship and business opportunities to underserved provinces. At the same time, we launched the Green ZY Movement, initiating tree-planting drives, eco-friendly packaging solutions, and waste-reduction campaigns to support environmental sustainability.
Year 9-10: Expanding Globally & Creating a Sustainable Future
As our impact grew, we took our mission beyond the Philippines with the ZY Shop Global Entrepreneurship Hub, offering business training and mentorship to international communities, especially those with high numbers of OFWs. Finally, to ensure that our charity works continue for generations, we established the ZY Shop Foundation, a permanent organization dedicated to sustaining our educational, environmental, and business support programs.
